Job summary

Buc-ee's Ruston LLC in Ruston, Louisiana is seeking an HR Field Representative to support store onboarding, training and employee relations. You will partner with Store Management to ensure smooth processes for policies, benefits and payroll.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years HR experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and proficiency with Workday and Dimensions, plus strong Microsoft Office skills to support daily HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• PHR or eligibility to take the exam within 1 year preferred.
• Experience with HR systems, onboarding and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, training and employee relations support for stores.
• Liaise between Store Management and HR to ensure timely information flow on onboarding, benefits and payroll.
• Review applications and interviews for frontline positions and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage forms such as W-4, I-9 and tax credits with regulatory adherence.
• Facilitate online training and maintain knowledge of federal/state HR requirements.
