Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities year-round.
• Plan, prepare, setup, execute and wrap up events to ensure engagement.
• Handle event logistics: schedules, locations, supplies, decorations, signage, equipment, food and beverage.
• Setup and run events, staying organized and on schedule.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, departments, vendors to prepare for events.
• Develop engaging experiences to boost team member participation and culture.
• Create and distribute flyers, signage, announcements, invitations for events.
• Support check-in, prize distribution, games, food coordination, and recognitions.
• Document events with photos/videos for internal communications and recaps.
• Maintain event calendars, planning documents, decorations, and supplies.
