Job summary

Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX is seeking an energetic Human Resources Recruiter for a seasonal role. You will engage candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and help manage the Employment Center operations to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

The entry-level position offers an hourly wage with employee perks including free park entry, guest tickets, restaurant/merchandise discounts, flexible scheduling, wage-access tools, and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience in Human Resources or customer service preferred
• 1+ year of Theme Park experience or fast-paced environment
• Familiarization with Dayforce, ARS, Excel, and iCIMs helpful
• Data entry experience preferred
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Screen resumes and assist with applicant processing.
• Manage daily operations of the Employment Center.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls.
• Track I-9 documentation and ensure compliance.
• Maintain data accuracy in the hiring system.
• Assist with HR projects and training initiatives.
• Represent Six Flags at recruiting events.
