Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio is seeking a Part-Time Events Assistant in the Human Resources department. You will assist with planning and executing employee events, manage logistics, and support setup, execution, and wrap-up of activities.

The role involves coordinating with HR leaders, vendors, and teams to deliver engaging experiences. We value creativity, organization, strong communication, and flexibility, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: assist with planning and executing employee events.
• Event Logistics: coordinate schedules, locations, supplies, decorations, signage, equipment, food and beverages.
• Setup & Execution: participate in setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Internal Coordination: work with HR Leaders, departments, vendors and resources.
• Team Member Engagement: develop engaging experiences to boost participation.
• Event Communications: create and distribute flyers, signage, invitations, and announcements.
• Event Support: assist with check-in, prize distribution, games, and food service.
• Event Documentation: capture photos/videos for internal communications and recaps.
• Organization & Inventory: maintain calendars, decor, supplies, prizes, and materials.
