Legends & ASM Global in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time HR admin to support day-to-day people operations for events and staff.

You will maintain employee records, assist with onboarding and credentials, and help pre-event staffing while ensuring confidentiality and smooth operations for game days, concerts, and major events. This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.

• Maintain employee records, onboarding, payroll docs, uniform tracking.
