Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes to foster a positive employee experience.

You will coordinate full-cycle recruitment, assist with onboarding sessions, maintain records, and ensure compliance. The role requires strong communication, organization, and discretion within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally in hospitality, events, or fast-paced guest-forward service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with ADP, UltiPro, ABI, Workday or similar platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including postings, pre-screening, interviews, references, and offers.
• Partner with managers to assess staffing needs and support recruitment efforts.
• Represent at career fairs and community events to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data.
