Legends Global is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience and accurate HRIS recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years in HR support within hospitality or events, with proficiency in ADP/UltiPro/Workday. Location is on-site, with comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally in hospitality/events.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, UltiPro, or Workday is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including postings, pre-screening, interview scheduling, references, and offers.
• Partner with department managers to assess staffing needs and support recruitment.
• Represent at career fairs and events to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Maintain HRIS records and support onboarding and employee relations.
• Support payroll processing and employee status changes; assist with projects.
