Job summary

SQA Services is seeking a proactive HR administrator to act as a key liaison between employees, human resources, and on-site teams. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, support onboarding, and ensure a positive, compliant employee experience.

You will manage timekeeping processes, maintain records, assist with investigations, and collaborate cross-functionally to support operations and project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an admin or HR role.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or consulting company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, timekeeping, and general concerns
• Resolve employee issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and support HR investigations as needed
• Assist with timesheet reviews and the approval process
• Guide employees in using self-service tools such as STEPQ
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support operations, project execution, and enhance overall employee experience
• Support onboarding tasks for new hire associates
