Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Experience supporting HR operations or administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of employment recordkeeping and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or employee tracking platforms and maintaining electronic records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for employee relations and customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, protect confidential information, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new employee setup, orientation, and required employment documentation.
  • Process employee changes including transfers, promotions, compensation updates, separations, and exit activities.
  • Maintain personnel files and employment records, ensuring information is complete and protected.
  • Assist with payroll-related activities, timekeeping reviews, final pay coordination, tax documentation, and workforce tracking.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries, resolve routine issues, and partner with internal teams to meet deadlines.

This position will coordinate key activities throughout the employee lifecycle while supporting accurate records, timely transactions, and responsive service across the organization. Objective

Provide dependable HR administrative support by coordinating employee-related processes, maintaining accurate workforce information, and helping ensure HR activities are completed efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new employee setup, orientation activities, and required employment documentation.

  • Assist with payroll-related activities, timekeeping reviews, final pay coordination, tax documentation, and workforce tracking.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries, resolve routine issues, and partner with internal teams to meet deadlines and support daily HR operations.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
