Job summary

Princess House is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive human resources support at our Dallas-area facility. The role covers payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data management.

The incumbent will liaise with Corporate and Distribution locations, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, maintain confidential records, and support management in performance reviews and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or a Human Resource Certification.
• A minimum of five years total HR Administrative experience is required, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership position within a Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and multi-task while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provides payroll processing and time entry accuracy on a weekly basis.
• Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Administers benefits programs for Dallas TX including invoicing for group health and welfare plans.
• Conducts recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for non-exempt and temporary employees.
• Supports performance reviews, policy enforcement, and employee relations with Sr. HR Manager guidance.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting Dallas employees.
