Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking an Human Resource Director/Payroll professional to lead our HR and payroll operations. You will plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs, ensuring compliant, efficient payroll processing.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits enrollment, and management reporting. Strong leadership, organizational and compliance skills are essential.

• Proven experience in human resources operations and payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while ensuring accuracy in payroll.

• Maintain staffing by overseeing recruiting and interviewing activities.
• Prepare orientation and training programs for new hires.
• Coach managers on performance, scheduling, and employee relations.
• Inform employees about benefits and assist enrollment.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal and state HR requirements.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR records and filing systems.
• Process new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations timely.
• Review payroll and timecards to ensure accuracy.
