Qualifications

• Experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and resident trust accounts.
• Manage payroll processing, new hire onboarding, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and benefits administration.
• Partner with department heads to support recruiting, retention, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.
