Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is seeking a full-time Business Office Manager / HR Director to lead the facility's business office operations and HR functions, ensuring accurate billing, admissions coordination, revenue cycle management, and compliance with policies.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in LTC or assisted living, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in the business office of a Long-Term Care facility or assisted living.
• 2 years HR/administrative supervisory experience.
• Thorough understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, private insurance, managed care costing and analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Able to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors and agencies.

Aufgaben

• Complete weekly BOM Admission Checklist and present at the morning stand up.
• Verify and tie out the midnight census testing for validity and accuracy daily.
• Complete admission procedures in absence of Admissions Coordinator.
• Attend Utilization Review (UR) and participate in related meetings.
• Maintain personnel files, recruitment and employee retention; assist with payroll processing.
