The role emphasizes accurate payroll timing, district-wide reporting, and maintaining HR records. Strong leadership, organization, and MS Office proficiency are essential in this full-time on-site

Qualifications

• Experience leading human resources functions in healthcare
• Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration
• Strong communications with managers and staff

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting and interviewing programs; advise on candidate selection and exit interviews
• Develop and deliver orientation and training for new hires
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and employee relations; resolve grievances
• Explain benefits and guide enrollment workflows
• Ensure legal compliance with federal/state HR requirements and maintain records
• Maintain HR policies and procedures; update guidelines as needed
• Maintain HR records and filing systems for past/current employees
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations for accuracy/timely
• Review payroll processes and implement improvements for efficiency
• Prepare regular HR reports (Open positions, overtime, hours)
