We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Director with Payroll experience to join our fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding administrative team. HR Director / Payroll Responsibilities:

• Handle all day-to-day payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and compliance needs are met.

• Oversee timekeeping and payroll systems using the facility's established software.

• Lead hiring and recruitment efforts: screen candidates, complete reference checks, schedule interviews, and assist with job postings.

• Manage employee termination processes, ensuring proper benefits administration and documentation.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with staff and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or a similar industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll/timekeeping software.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
