Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader, is seeking a Project and Compliance Coordinator (HR) for a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure technicians are compensated accurately and promptly, maintaining Client compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Handle daily processing of Prevailing Wage reports and submit them to state and customer portals as required.
• Support operations in the Central and Eastern United States with assigned personnel.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail for complex processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Strong mathematical skills for interpreting numerical data.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality.
