Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in New York hires an Associate HR Business Partner to support a broad employee population from Analyst to VP. You will partner on employee relations, performance management, talent development and onboarding initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Our client, a growing asset management firm, is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join its New York office. This role will support the Analyst through Vice President employee population, serving as a key partner across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting internship programs, assisting with HR operations, and partnering with leadership on broader people initiatives and organizational growth efforts.

• * HR Business Partner experience, preferred.

The salary for this role is $120K-$150K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
