You will design tools, research best practices, and present findings to stakeholders while working in a hybrid setup with a commitment to learning, mentorship, and impact across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships.
• Interest in process improvement, change management, or HR program design.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AI tools, data analysis, or HR technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of a standardized IDP Toolkit for managers to create development plans.
• Research, evaluate, and organize talent development resources and tools.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand current practices and identify improvements.
• Create practical tools and resources like templates and guides.
• Assess opportunities to streamline development planning through technology and automation.
• Design recommendations for a Talent Exposure & Accelerated Development Program.
• Research best practices in leadership development, mentoring, sponsorship, and career growth.
• Develop frameworks for talent exposure experiences and cross-functional projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR teams to drive success.
