You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and build practical skills through real-world exposure to employee relations, onboarding, process improvement, employee engagement, and people analytics.

Location: Raleigh Hub, Morrisville, NC
Hours: part-time for Spring Semester (17.5 hrs/week), full-time for Summer (40 hrs/week)

What will you do?
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including local HR policies, benefits processes, and security badge coordination
  • Partner with the HR team on strategic projects, reporting, people data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with employee engagement programs and special events that strengthen workplace culture
  • Manage local communications for employees and managers while helping respond to routine HR‑related questions
  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations and contribute to projects that improve the employee experience

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23.00 - $27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
