Job summary

Staples is seeking an HR Delivery Program Manager to turn strategy into measurable action. You will lead planning, governance, and execution of HR delivery programs, coordinating with HR partners, centers of excellence, and business stakeholders to move initiatives forward with clarity and accountability.

You will develop calendars, roadmaps, dashboards, and reports while driving improvements to HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, or related business functions.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with governance, risk, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and confidential reports with data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and improvement of HR Delivery programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop annual HR operating calendars, project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, leaders, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; create mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, and decision documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes and improve employee experience.
