Job summary

Audax Group in Boston seeks a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HRIS data maintenance. You will collaborate with HR leadership, IT, and Payroll to ensure accurate, timely processes across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR coordination or HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years HR coordination/analyst or HRIS/system administration experience.
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding, time tracking, benefit vendors).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proactive and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration; set up in systems.
• Work within onboarding platform (Greenhouse) to set up new hires and send welcome messages.
• Ensure data consistency across Greenhouse Onboarding, HRIS, and other systems.
• Assist with new hire training scheduling and ongoing training initiatives.
• Prepare benefits orientation packets and enrollment paperwork; attend orientations.
• Prepare offboarding paperwork, exit interviews, and related meetings.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and other departments for smooth onboarding/offboarding.
• Answer day-to-day HR questions about benefits and enrollment.
• Assist with performance review process administration and data updates.
• Maintain HRIS data entry, auditing, and monthly reporting with HR team.
