HR Operations Coordinator - Boston, MA

We are seeking candidates for an HR Operations Coordinator position with a leading investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for administering learning and development programs through the Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of administrative, human resources, or project coordination experience, preferably in financial services.

This is a 12+ month contract position that will pay $30-33/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer learning and development programs and curriculum through the LMS.
  • Coordinate trainings, workshops, and events, working closely with external vendors.
  • Manage global L&D programs, including enrollment, event logistics, participant feedback, reporting, and program improvements.
  • Analyze program data and feedback to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including budgeting, procurement, and technical support.
  • Coordinate high-profile projects from initial planning through execution.
