Indiana University Health is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Data & Systems Analyst to advance Mosaic’s workforce planning strategy by building and optimizing Salesforce platforms and integrations with Oracle HCM and ATS systems. Bachelor’s degree in data/information systems, business administration, or related field with data science background.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Oracle HCM, ATS systems to capture demographics, job movement, and lifecycle data.
Serve as the subject matter expert on workforce data architecture across platforms, enabling modeling, forecasting, turnover analysis, and planning.
Manage analytics platforms/dashboards (Salesforce, Power BI, Oracle HCM) to meet evolving HR needs and provide actionable insights to leaders.
Develop data collection processes and measurement strategies to identify trends and evaluate workforce engagement and retention.
Create reports, visualizations, and executive summaries translating complex data for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain data governance and security across systems and reporting environments.
Document data designs, requirements, metric inventories, and user guides for Salesforce, Oracle HCM, ATS workflows.
Provide training to strengthen data literacy and support evidence-based decision making.
