• ,Expert-level troubleshooting of Salesforce core apps, Experience Cloud, integrations, and custom components.
• Maintain platform stability by monitoring jobs, logs, APIs, errors, governor limits, and performance.
• Develop and maintain operational docs, runbooks, SOPs, data dictionaries, and config details.
• Refactor, reduce technical debt, improve security, and optimize performance.
• Architect, design, and implement new features using Apex, LWC, Flows, and data models.
• Lead secure coding reviews and ensure test coverage across multi-environment releases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Salesforce core, Experience Cloud, integrations, and custom components.
• Maintain platform stability by monitoring jobs, logs, APIs, errors, governor limits, and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, data dictionaries, and configuration details.
• Conduct proactive maintenance, refactoring, and security remediation to support enterprise systems.
• Architect, design, and implement new features using Apex, LWC, Flows, and data structures.
• Lead code reviews and enforce secure coding standards with high test coverage.
