Job summary

IGT in Reno, Nevada seeks a Systems and Data Administrator to support HR Operations, ensuring employee data integrity across HR systems and audit-ready records.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Payroll to run reports, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and maintain compliant documentation. This hands-on role requires meticulous, independent work and ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a systems/data support role.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS or employee data systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems with accuracy and compliance.
• Run reports on headcount, status changes, compliance, and HR metrics.
• Prepare HR documents including offer letters, employment agreements, and changes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle transactions with timely processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR data accuracy and workflows.
