Hard Rock Digital is seeking an HR Tech & Data Specialist to support the operation, improvement and development of People technology and data capabilities. You will work closely with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager to ensure accurate HR systems, reliable people data, and insightful reporting across the organization.

Primary focus includes system administration, data governance, and automating processes to drive efficiency while maintaining strong data controls and service orientation for

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for core HR systems and applications.
• Maintain system data, workflows and organisational structures within parameters.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and new functionality.
• Perform system testing and issue resolution with stakeholders and providers.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge materials.
• Support data quality checks, reconciliations and audits.
• Produce regular People data reports and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve People processes.
