Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field from a regionally accredited university.
• 0-2 years HR-related work, internship, or co-op experience; recent graduates encouraged.
• Coursework or experience in data analysis, compensation, or HR management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools a plus.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification or active pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze HR data to produce reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
• Audit HRIS records (PeopleSoft) for data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare compliance reports (AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA) in a timely manner.
• Track workforce metrics and recruitment KPIs to inform decisions.
• Support compensation programs, merit increases, and bonus calculations.
• Participate in external compensation surveys and benchmark positions.
• Prepare pay benchmarking analyses, range development, and pay equity reviews.
• Support the performance review cycle data entry and tracking.
• Assist benefits administration and enrollment data reconciliation.
• Maintain job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and FLSA classifications.
• Participate in HR projects, data initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with HR Generalist duties and HR Helpdesk tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
