• Experience with HRIS systems at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Knowledge of personnel forms and their purposes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Extensive knowledge of State of Indiana HR functions, systems, and procedures.

Responsibilities
