Responsibilities

• Gather, maintain, and analyze data for reports, briefings and communications related to Civilian Human Resources.
• Research Civilian Human Resources policies and procedures to respond to queries within HCMD.
• Establish and maintain document libraries on MS Teams, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Serve as action officer for assigned program segments, special projects, reports, and operations to support the HCMD’s mission.
• Request and consolidate data from managers.
• Prepare documents such as letters, memoranda, and reports using office automation.
• Utilize databases, spreadsheets, word processing and custom software to prepare recurring personnel reports.
