Job summary

NC State University is seeking an HR Generalist for HR Data & Operations in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on managing and auditing sensitive employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and security while identifying process improvements to reduce redundancies.

You will support the Wilson College of Textiles and collaborate with HR teams to maintain data integrity, support onboarding, and drive efficient HR operations in a dynamic academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple HR activities and deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience applying established HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Audit and manage HR data transactions for new hires, job changes, and lifecycle events.
• Administer payroll and leave processes, review leave balances, and ensure compliance.
• Analyze HR data from multiple systems to identify trends and generate reports for leadership.
