Qualifications

• Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree with 3 years HR/Operations/IT experience, or a relevant undergraduate degree with 5 years of experience as a substitute for the advanced degree.
• Degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.
• Proven ability to navigate decentralized institutional structures and drive project accountability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional process and project teams by providing consultative guidance for improvements, enhancements, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with UHR, campus divisions, and Enterprise Application System/Office of Information Technology to resolve barriers and maintain momentum.
• Guide discovery and alignment sessions with campus partners to understand current-state workflows and establish clear cross-functional directions.
• Translate legislative changes and requirements into functional requirements and automated system logic.
• Provide leadership for HR technology governance, data definitions, and security parameters to ensure reliable data.
