The HR Generalist - HR Data & Operations serves as a front-line HR resource responsible for managing and auditing sensitive employee and position data within university HR systems. This role is fundamental to the integrity of college HR operations and records, ensuring the accuracy and security of personnel information while identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and reduce redundancies in workflows.
As a vital member of the Wilson College of Textiles, you will support the only college in North America solely focused on textiles. Our faculty and researchers apply "textiles thinking" to solve the world's grand challenges, from medical innovation to environmental sustainability.
