Job summary

Universal Health Services in Edinburg, TX is seeking an HRIS/HR data entry support professional to assist the HRIS Coordinator with data entries and serve as backup in the office. Qualifications

• Two years of HR office experience or commensurate
• Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Commitment to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct with training and reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist HRIS Coordinator with data entries and back up when out of the office
• Retrieve, receive and update HRIS with change of status, leave of absence, and other entries
• Assist with reports including compensation, benefits, HRIS, etc.
• Assist with pre-employment processes and general hospital orientation
