The role involves assisting in recruitment, preparing candidate materials, and engaging with applicants about status. You will also handle sign-on bonuses and incentive tracking, while providing administrative support across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field required, or three years of relevant work plus an associate degree or medical office certification, or eight years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Commitment to compliance with the organization’s Code of Conduct and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform HRIS data entry and onboarding via ATS.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, benefits, compensation, and development activities.
• Support recruitment efforts by preparing packages and assisting with career fairs.
• Process and track sign-on bonuses and other incentives.
• Provide clerical support and maintain personnel records.
