Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to manage daily HR master data in SuccessFactors and SAP, ensuring governance and data integrity across North America. You will report to the HR Master Data Manager and support data changes, audits, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires 3–5 years HR data/ systems experience, SAP SuccessFactors expertise, and strong Excel skills. Travel about 5% and a focus on training HR teams, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with HRIS and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR/IS.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM.
• Intermediate MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and data accuracy.
• 5% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy from change requests across HR systems.
• Train field HR and maintain procedures; communicate changes.
• Run audits in SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies.
• Manage org changes and mass data uploads during reorganizations.
• Support audits and partner with HRIS team on upgrades.
• Serve as frontline data support for HR, Payroll, Finance.
• Promote data integrity and compliance with policies.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies.
