Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to ensure daily accuracy and integrity of HR data within core systems like SAP and SuccessFactors. You will audit, validate changes, and support regulatory compliance while partnering with HRIS and payroll teams.

The role emphasizes governance, mass data uploads, and training field HR across North America, with a focus on data quality and process improvements. Travel is modest and data security is paramount.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR system administration, data entry, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is a plus.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for data accuracy in HR systems.
• Train and maintain HR data processes and create SOPs.
• Execute routine data audits across SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations or mergers.
• Maintain audit-ready environment for internal/external audits and assist with system upgrades.
• Serve as frontline data partner and coach HR, Payroll, and Finance on data issues.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments.
