Job summary

Amrize is hiring an HR Master Data Specialist in Chicago, IL to maintain HR master data in SuccessFactors and SAP. You will ensure data accuracy, run audits, and support regulatory compliance while guiding field HR teams across North America.

You'll train users, manage organization changes, perform data quality checks, and help keep payroll and finance data aligned. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–5 years HR system experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Business, HR, or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR system administration, data entry facilitation, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of data accuracy in HR data systems.
• Instruct ongoing training of field HR and create work instructions.
• Run routine audits in SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal and external audits.
• Serve as frontline data partner for HR, Payroll, Finance teams.
• Adhere to safety policies and promote a culture of safety.
