Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to manage daily HR data in core systems like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP. You will ensure data accuracy, support governance standards, and implement data changes across North America.

The role involves audits, mass data updates during reorganizations, and partnering with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance to satisfy regulatory requirements; you will train HR teams and maintain SOPs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred; SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR system administration, data entry facilitation, or HR shared services.
• Intermediate MS Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables). High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Travel requirements: 5%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the data gatekeeper ensuring accuracy of HR data in core HR systems.
• Develop and deliver training for HR field teams and maintain SOPs for data processes.
• Run regular data quality audits and resolve inconsistencies in SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Manage daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations or mergers.
• Support regulatory compliance and assist with system upgrades testing.
