Job summary

Specialty Building Products in Duluth, GA is seeking an HR Data Reporting Specialist to maintain accurate HR data, generate recurring and ad hoc reports, and develop dashboards to inform workforce decisions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Operations to improve data quality, support audits, and implement reporting improvements using UKG and Cognos BI, Excel templates, and data-validation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR data, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or related business data.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting.
• Experience with UKG and Cognos BI is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn SQL and apply data analysis to HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports for stakeholders across the company.
• Support reporting on headcount, turnover, recruiting, compensation, payroll, and other HR metrics.
• Use UKG and Cognos BI to extract, organize, analyze, and present HR data.
