Specialty Building Products is seeking an HR Data Analyst to maintain accurate, secure HR data and develop insights for workforce decisions. You will partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales to deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with UKG and Cognos BI; SQL knowledge is valued. You will help improve data quality, support audits, and drive data-driven HR initiatives.

This role partners with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Enablement, Operations, Sales, and other business stakeholders to produce recurring and ad hoc reports, improve data quality, and help develop dashboards that inform workforce and business decisions.
