Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an HR or data-intensive role with data modeling, data warehouses and reporting.
• Experience with data platforms (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP/HCM software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and ad hoc reports with Tableau and other tools for HR and university initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR/compliance to improve processes and explore AI-assisted workflows.
• Serve as data SME for HR COEs; design data architecture and train users.
• Develop predictive models and what-if analyses to support workforce decisions.
• Train teams and provide backup on data matters as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
