Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan physical paper employee files using commercial office scanners.
• Review digital copies for accuracy, quality, and proper formatting.
• Upload, index, and organize files within the new HRIS system following naming conventions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee documents.
• Work independently to meet project targets by December 31, 2026.
