Equiliem is seeking a HR Operations Professional to deliver comprehensive support across recruitment, benefits, onboarding, payroll, and systems management for a ~6,000-employee client enterprise. You will coordinate, research, resolve, respond to, and guide day-to-day HR tasks, while reviewing data and proposing improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Responsible for providing comprehensive support (coordinating, researching, resolving, responding to, and guiding) an enterprise of ~6,000 employees, in all areas of the day-to-day operations of human resources, including but not limited to: recruitment, employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, payroll, immigration, performance management, compensation, systems (Workday), leaves and overall general administration (e.g. unemployment claims, verifications of employment).
Regularly reviews employee data, make recommendations based on trends on ways to better support employees and improve their experience, and lead ad-hoc projects and participate in large scale HR initiatives such as system enhancements/implementations, that directly impact employees.
Education - Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience - Required Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional level experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
