Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field, including HR analytics.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile HR data and metrics from the HRIS.
• Prepare complex data reports, summaries, and logs for VP of HR.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders for HRIS projects.
• Generate reports and queries using reporting tools.
• Manage projects and drive process improvements.
• Use data to build project plans and ensure schedule adherence.
• Provide production support and resolve HR problems and process flaws.
