Job summary

UPS is seeking an HR Intern with a focus on Data Analytics for our Global Headquarters. The internship offers hands-on analytics work, mentorship, and a capstone project presented to the HR Leadership Team. Relocation or on-site work at the Atlanta, GA location is required for the duration of the internship.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and support HR processes while engaging with mentors and diverse stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program or recent graduate in HR, Analytics, or related field.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develops data-informed solutions and a clear path forward for real business needs.
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis and synthesizes insights for capstone project.
• Uses HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produces executive-ready dashboards and presentations.
• Supports HR processes and practices improvement.
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine recommendations.
• Ensures alignment with long-term strategies and participates in intern networking events.
• Delivers final capstone project recommendations to HR leadership.
