Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The HR Analyst will collect, compile, organize, and evaluate people data through reporting and analysis within Workday HCM.

The role also supports HR initiatives, projects, and system enhancements while upholding policies. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience with Workday HCM, plus strong Excel skills and data visualization capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Workday HCM and HR analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report HR data to support leadership decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and worklets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, IT, and HR.
• Develop data quality standards and participate in Workday upgrades/testing.
