Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join the Human Resources team in Fort Washington, PA. The role focuses on collecting and evaluating people data through reporting and analysis within Workday HCM, supporting cross-functional reporting needs and HR initiatives.

The analyst will design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and worklets, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards, and ensure data quality and consistency across weekly to quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, information systems, mathematics or statistics.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience writing, building, scheduling and maintaining reports/dashboards in a cloud-based HCM (Workday preferred).
• Experience working with confidential people data.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude and passion for learning new analytics concepts and systems.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and worklets.
• Build and maintain custom reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• Oversee and troubleshoot automated Workday tasks and schedules.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly data trackers and dashboards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
