Aspen Atlantic Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Columbus, Ohio office. This full-time role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance to help our growing logistics and supply chain team thrive.

You will manage records, assist in training programs, develop and implement HR policies, and stay current with labor laws. Travel within Ohio and the U.S. may be required based on business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
