Job summary

International Paper is seeking an HR Coordinator for the Reading, PA box plant. The role supports GMP compliance, employee relations, recruitment, training, and HR data management.

The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, with responsibilities spanning orientation, benefits, and labor relations. On-site duties and a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and HR coordination skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support GMPs, site security, and food packaging safety programs.
• Provide staff and management HR support on employee relations.
• Coordinate recruitment for Reading facilities including ads, screenings and interviews.
• Assist with on-site training for safety, development and benefits.
• Help develop Job Descriptions for Reading positions.
• Assist HR Manager with labor relations investigations and grievances.
• Update employee records for payroll, benefits, attendance and evaluations.
• Assist management with attendance, seniority lists and HR records maintenance.
• Schedule new hire orientations and benefits enrollment.
