Job summary
International Paper is seeking a General Manufacturing and Production Worker at our Reading, PA facility. This 24/7 operation requires open availability for overtime on weekends and holidays, with duties including cleaning, supporting production, and safe equipment operation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 years related experience or training.
- Must demonstrate safe operation of equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to assist with production needs, shipping, and general plant duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
- Support production needs, break reliefs, or operational tasks.
- Operate and monitor equipment safely, including fork and clamp trucks, and report issues.
- Assist with shipping needs and staging/reorganization as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and use PPE as required.
